Coletrane is a multidisciplinary entertainer, broadcaster, voice talent, public speaker, and founder of Jaded Zen Entertainment®, an independent media company built around original programming, voice-driven content, live entertainment, and personality-led intellectual property.

His career in front of audiences began early. In 1983, he was selected as the "face of Omaha Public Schools," followed by work with Face Modeling Agency, appearances in local PSA commercials, and participation in Fashion Week in New York City. His professional background would eventually expand across broadcasting, podcasting, voice performance, music, public speaking, professional wrestling training, psychology, and communication studies.

For more than 25 years, Coletrane has developed experience in public speaking and live communication. He holds an Associate degree in Psychology, is a Certified Master NLP Practitioner, and has spent approximately 20 years studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming, communication, behavioral psychology, performance, and personal development. His continuing education has included seminars and training programs in Las Vegas, Chicago, New York City, Cleveland, and Columbus, Ohio, with an emphasis on speaking, communication, wellness, and human behavior.

That communication background became the foundation for an international media presence. Through podcasting and broadcasting, Coletrane's work has been heard in more than 58 countries and 13 languages, with hundreds of hours of live programming produced and hosted. His ability to move between serious discussion, entertainment, history, psychology, humor, and unscripted conversation has become a central part of the Jaded Zen Entertainment® identity.

His experience outside traditional media adds another layer to the company's creative foundation. Coletrane trained as a professional wrestler and remains an active member of the Cauliflower Alley Club, connecting him directly to one of entertainment's oldest traditions of character development, live performance, improvisation, promotion, and audience psychology. He is also a saxophonist and has been invited as a guest of the chiropractic and alternative medicine convention associated with the Arnold Classic for two consecutive years.

Coletrane has also served as a deputy registrar, adding civic engagement and community-facing responsibility to an already unconventional résumé.

Rather than building Jaded Zen Entertainment® around a single program or personality gimmick, Coletrane has developed it around a broader principle: communication is intellectual property.

Jaded Zen Entertainment® is designed to capitalize on that overlap through podcasts, voice acting, original entertainment concepts, digital content, live programming, merchandise, and developing media properties.

The name reflects the philosophy behind the company. Jaded represents experience — the understanding that audiences recognize empty hype quickly. Zen represents discipline — the ability to remove the noise, find the point, and deliver it effectively.
